List Ur Favorite Albums of All Time...

The first new songs introduction was probably the best riff I;ve heard from them since reload. It was cool but under usesd in that song. It felt full of filler to me. The second was very cool had some punk elements to my ears. The half time break down in the middle was like Kill em All.

Hopefully the album takes some old school elements into account :)

That is what Kirk and Rob have said. They said the new album would sound like a mixture of Master of Puppets and Metallica (The Black Album).

They said James was writing massive rifs, Kirk was going to be doing full solos again and Lars had taken the drums out of the box this time.

I am truely excited about this album.

As am I!

All said and done they are probably more on their toes than ever before. Maybe the slackness of St Anger will kick their song writing into gear again.

As am I!

All said and done they are probably more on their toes than ever before. Maybe the slackness of St Anger will kick their song writing into gear again.

Thats what James said. He said that the last tour where they played the whole master of puppets album lit a fire under there ass.

I have all of those on CD plus most of them on vinyl as well including vinyl of the original Appetite for Destruction with the rape scene before they stopped printing it because the cover was banned and went to the normal cross and skulls cover.

I am not sure how many were printed. My understanding is the only place that it was not banned was Japan.

I bought mine for 2 Deutsch Mark at a flea market about 10 years ago.

At the time it was roughly $1.80.

That does not mean anything though, everything at flea markets is cheap here in Germany.

I have found that album on Ebay for as much as 50 to 100 dollars.

Most Blondie, Queen (I love Jazz, Made In Heaven), Kasier Chiefs and many more

One thing though I'm dying to ask ( and Space get ready to get shot down here lol)

But in a way Thrash Metal was invented by Queen to the point that Metallica whom seem to be a fav band here covered: Stone Cold Crazy which original came from 1974. Also PUNK.......The New York Dolls, The Ramones, early Blondie Patti Smith was of course around also in '74, but me on another quest of Queen's wrote a song called: Sheer Heart Attack which was gonna be on the album of the same name in '74 but wasn't quite finished.......so the finished version ended up on the: News Of The World Album in '77 a year after punk hit big............make ya think?

Ok, now kill me lol:lol:

Yes Hot Space and Metallica were big fans of Queen.

At the Freddie Mercury Tribute, Metallica played some songs and James Hetfield of Metallica joined the guys from Queen and Tony Iommi on stage and sang Stone Cold Crazy.

Thrash however as Metallica made it, does not compare to Queen.

Here is some video by the way of James Hetfield of Metallica singing Stone Cold Crazy at the Queen Tribute.
