I have yet to see any ref with the spheres for that. Sport will be better when these old codgers retire, Portugal are a better team without him but media demands and he uses their demands for him to be there, like Tiger Woods Lewis Hamilton and a few others.

I meant to say "own goal." Damn fat finger typo.
I have more faith in Germany beating the Spanish then the Dutch team passing the quarter finals. So that tells you how much faith I have in our own team. The only "great" feat we did was a 0-0 against the French team, which is washed as we saw today.
I just had to go back to what you actually typed, I knew what you meant, the number of OGs is incredible.
A comment from a pundit today I thought was valid. Since the number of substitutions allowed has been increased having lots of possession doesnt tire out the opposition as it did, because they can replace 6 of the 10 outfield players (if it goes to extra time).

Definitely not the result I wanted.
The game was won by the Portuguese keeper who kept his 10 man team in the game when Pepe was robbed. The media story is about Ronaldo, poor poor Ronaldo having a little cry because he missed again. There are teenagers alive today who have never seen Ronaldo score a free kick because he always misses, but always takes the next one.
Misstiano Penaldo, it isnt funny at all, dont laugh, the poor guy was in tears.
