Really looks a beautiful place with the bright sky in the back.
Thanks for sharing, Marcel!

Great pics Marcel.

[Capt. Vick]

Great stuff...

[GrauGeist]

Nice selection of photos, Marcel!

I don't know about that outhouse, though...besides it being a little "drafty", winter-time would have really sucked!

[Gnomey]

Great shots Marcel!

Another stroll in the polder.

This little fellow was hunting near my house.

Grebes in the water

The little buildings are on artificial hills. This is to prevent them from being flooded as the water surface in the rivers around us is actually higher than the ground here.

Little simple windmill for pumping water from one level to the next.

Great shots Marcel - I like the depth and contrast, very much 'alive'.

Nice Marcel. Grebes?

Geo

[Aaron Brooks Wolters]

I agree with Terry. EXCELLENT PHOTOS SIR!

[Capt. Vick]

I ALSO agree with Terry. Alive is the word.

[Marcel]

Nice Marcel. Grebes?

Geo

Isn't that what you call theme in English? We call them 'fuut' after the sound they make. Great crested grebe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Crap...sorry about that, I didn't see you're caption. Was on my cell phone and over sized it.
