I've been trying out new painting techniques. I'm not quite finished almost there I think. I'm interested to here your thoughts. It's a challenge to do a black base but I'm looking for more depth rather than just painting black so I've been building up the colours very slowly and haven't used black at all. Thanks for looking. Looks great. If you have not used black then what are you using?

Thanks guys, other colours used included H13 red, H25 sky blue, h66 Sandy Brown with H416 black grey(rlm66) and H77 tyre black used as the base colour prior to mixing. I'm very pleased with the end result. I've never spent this much time on painting but am glad I did.
Now that I have peeled off all the mask some paint has come off mainly on the fueselage I need to ask you guys on the best approach to fix, should I continue to post here or start a new thread?
