Does, doesn't it? Harrison, the frame where the side opening panel meets the top panel, looks too thick, too high, and uneven, and the vertical frame on the side panel seems a little too far to the rear, with the windscreen horizontal frame also being thick and out of line. A real shame, as the overall finish is quite good.

Not sure about that. That canopy style had hinged panels. The top piece was hinged and the side hinged down so there are two frame pieces at the joint. Therefore double.
 
Ah Ha! That's where DBII's model went to! Very nice!
CR, you're quite right about the canopy panels, but the frames were still half the thickness of those displayed on the model.
