Holy... that is a ton of info. Where did you collect it all from?
Looks like Geoffrey has sourced the Raid Summary sheets from the Night Raid Reports. These were prepared by the Operational Research Section. This covers your period of interest: AIR 14/3410.

I do already have the raid reports per lancasterbombersinfo's webmaster sending me high res copies. However they don't quite have the level of detail the spread sheet does. In particular bomber altitudes and the quantieis and types of bombs. The Raid reports don't mention altitudes for the most part, and only broadly cover bomb loads. That is why I'd love to know where the other information comes from.

Air 14/927 RAF Form 1273, Bomber Command Summaries, 1939 and 1940
Air 14/928 RAF Form 1273, Bomber Command Summaries, 1941
Air 14/929 RAF Form 1273, Bomber Command Summaries, 1942
Air 14/930 RAF Form 1273, Bomber Command Summaries, 1943 and 1944
Air 14/931 RAF Form 1273, Bomber Command Summaries, 1945

If you want to know what say Lancasters went, dropped, lost etc. on a given day or night as part of a monthly report. Along with sorties, strengths, mission and target types.

The 1943/44 fle contains a second series of reports for the period July 1943 to March 1944 with extra details including time over target, altitude and a more detailed break down by target attacked.

The definitive raid reports are AIR 14/3360 to 3368 for day raids and AIR 14/2664 to 2680 for night raids. I have all the day raids but only to AIR 14/2673 ending in December 1941 for the night raids, and yes, looking to complete the set. These normally give more detail for the bombs by group and those against non primary targets. As a result they are big files, the June to December 1941 night raid reports come in at over 700 pages. One night example attached.

AIR 22/203 is the Bomber Command War Room Manual for the war, useful as a double check, along with AIR 22/204 to 206, the War Room Manuals for 1942, 1943 and 1944.
