If you want to know what say Lancasters went, dropped, lost etc. on a given day or night as part of a monthly report. Along with sorties, strengths, mission and target types.
The 1943/44 fle contains a second series of reports for the period July 1943 to March 1944 with extra details including time over target, altitude and a more detailed break down by target attacked.
The definitive raid reports are AIR 14/3360 to 3368 for day raids and AIR 14/2664 to 2680 for night raids. I have all the day raids but only to AIR 14/2673 ending in December 1941 for the night raids, and yes, looking to complete the set. These normally give more detail for the bombs by group and those against non primary targets. As a result they are big files, the June to December 1941 night raid reports come in at over 700 pages. One night example attached.
AIR 22/203 is the Bomber Command War Room Manual for the war, useful as a double check, along with AIR 22/204 to 206, the War Room Manuals for 1942, 1943 and 1944.
