Was it the PT-22 with the radial? Always thought it was a very nice looking airplane, too.

Unlike mine, this 1941 Ercoupe is actually a WWII airplane, and definitely should be in the running for most beautiful. Also there is shot of a friend of mine's postwar Ercoupe with a WWII vintage aircraft that is NOT beautiful.

While I agree that flying botas are cool, the Dornier Do X in the most beautiful aircraft thread is a bit of an oxymoron.
