It's pretty easy. If you want a custom one just ask

Looking nice. However the MS Paint is a quite basic program without many useful option and tools. I would suggest switching to GIMP free software. It allows to work with a pic layers and undoubtedly is a better graphic program.

NIce FD! Like Wurger said, try getting GIMP. Its free and I use it all the time.
