Wow, I just realized the 49ers/Bears game is on tonight on NFL Network. Great way to end a week, especially if they pull out a victory.

Holy cow what a boring game! I can't believe I got up at 2 in the morning to watch this. How the hell can the Niners have intercepted Cutler 3 times and still only be leading 7-6 in the 3rd quarter?

Wow! What a defensive game! 49ers intercepted Cutler 5 times to win the game 10-6. Overall a boring game though. Now it is time to go to bed for a few more hours before I have to get on the autobahn.

Agree Chris. Defenses looked good, but the 49ers offense needs some help. How can you intercept your opponent 5 times, and only put 7 points on the board as a result of the interceptions? But, defense looked really strong, especially after a Singletary pep talk in the 4th quarter. Gore had some good runs.

My thoughts exactly. We need a QB and a O Line. If we can get those two things, we are good to go.

9-0 WOW They have alot of injuries right now.

And most of the injuries are concentrated on defense. Sharper (S - knee), Greer (CB - groin) and Ellis (DT - knee) didn't play against the Rams and now Porter (CB - knee) and McCoy (DE - ?) are possibly out. Losing four starters and a key rotational substitute (McCoy) is nasty blow. I know Ellis is going to be out another 3 to 5 weeks but don't know about the others.
