The 5th photo is amazing, Merv. It looks as if a F-16 flying on the water surface.
Incredible

I agree, very nicely captured. And they're all sharp and in focus too, something relatively rare with digital photography, when there's more than one moving subject.
Got to admit, the F-16 really suits that colour scheme too.

Merv,..........................................................those............................................................are..........................................awesome! You have done your self very fine sir!

Thanks Old Wizard, Shinpachi, rochie, Wayne, Terry, Hugh and Aaron. Your comments are greatly appreciated. I was real happy with the cross over shot, I use back button focus and really try hard to keep my finger on the button when shooting in High Speed , AI Servo. Sometimes my gray matter loses train of thought and misses the shot

Here are some sots of the C-17 Globemaster from the Riverside Air Show.

My Son treated me to a day aboard the USS Midway in San Diego for my birthday. It brought back quite a few memories of my time aboard the USS Duluth LPD-6. It was a really great day and lots of photos taken. Some shots I took of the sleeping quarters, mess hall galley etc. were mainly taken for old memories. Some of the areas such as those are very similar to what we had. I won't bore you with those shots, I'll share some of the shots of the aircraft and areas around San Diego.
