This crazy thing happened to me last night.
It happened during the first mission of a new USAAF DGen career on the New Guinea map.
Miracle Kill...

I couldn't figure out why my engine quit until I watched the .ntrk.
Not only did I survive this impact, I got the kill on the Betty and crash landed safely.
Well..., I survived but the P-39 was just a little bit worse for wear.
