Here are a few of the various models on display at the Yorkshire Air Museum, Elvington (see separate thread for 'Tour' of the Museum, in the 'Aviation Pictures' section).
The first four are all 1/48th scale, and are either scratch-built, or vac-form, or a combination of these. A bit glossy, but very nicely done.
PIC 1 Halifax MkIII.
PICS 2 and 3. Halifax MkII.
PIC 4. Whitley MkIII.
PICS 5 and 6. Short Stirling, which appears to be 1/32nd scale.
PIC 7. The Tamiya 1/48th scale Lancaster. Not sure about the 'modern' taxi lines on the base though!
PIC 8. A conversion of the Matchbox (now Revell) 1/32nd scale Tiger Moth.
