Just to be clear, there is NO "secret annex". There never was a secret annex, and there are NO PLANS to add a secret annex. The itemized budget that was released earlier that made reference to a secret annex was prepared by a low level staffer without authorization to make that decision. They have been terminated. (Obituary to follow.)
A corrected itemized budget is included in your information packet. Please note that the notation "C-cret NX" is just a budget abbreviation for miscellaneous expenditures, and has nothing to do with any secret, I repeat, any secret annex.
