PLANTIFF ATTORNEY: Is that your conclusion, that this man is a malingerer?
PSYCHIARTRIST: I wouldn't be testifying if I didn't think so, unless I was on the other side, then it would be a post-traumatic condition.

WITNESS: I don't think there is any research on that. There is a logical hunch that may be true, but I know of no research study that would support that at this point in time.

WITNESS: Well, I am not here using common sense. I'm here as an expert.
