I think I know what possibly happened there: the guy intended to quote in Yens but showed US Dollars: the Marseille 109 is sold by Hobby Link Japan at 2,600 Yens so 716,39 would be a very good price, if in Yens.
Same for the Hellcat that's quoted by HLJ at 2,800 Yens.
I hope I'm right ...
