It's a very nice kit, well worth getting, so buy several!!

Haggled this one off Ebay just this week.

Needed to line up a subject for GB 30. Anyone with any build experience on this kit?

Thanks guys! Will be my first Airfix kit ever so I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes together. Interested in that new 48 scale Defiant too! Looks really nice based on Jan's pics.

Yep, it's a ncie kit. Did one years ago for a former R.Aux.A.F. pilot who flew one out of Manchester, and have another that's been waiting 17 years or more to be built.
I've seen mention of the canopy being too shallow, but I can't see anything wrong with it.

Finally arrived, airbrush connectors, arrow indicating the one I used.

Now having got this and the compressor fired up and doing a dry run, I got to looking at the airbrush instructions. Years ago when I first test drove this, I had no problems hooking it up to another compressor and actually spraying a model with it. The instructions state, "...attach adapter to compressor and then attach airbrush hose to adapter..."???????? This has been my problem all along....a missing freakin' adapter?? So, I fired off an email to Testors a while ago seeing if they have any spares. ](*,)

Nope, got that jpeg thingy again.
Wojtek is aware of the problem and has tried to sort it, but it's one which needs the attention of Horse.
