Why so much yellow on the instrument panel???

Looking very good but I agree with Les there is too much yellow on the pilot panel.What is more the grey colour you used for the cockpit interior painting is too light.It should be RLM66 which is very dark grey one.If you didn't have the colour you could mix the light one with the black.Here you are the RLM66 sample.

The pattern on the skin was most commonly seen on the G-6, don't recall seeing it on a K...?

Yeah unfortunately following the default 109K skin from IL2 has led you astray.

This scheme was last used on 109G-6s, Im not sure which factory used it but I pretty sure it was canned When the G-10 game along, I've seen plenty of G14AS's with the even early type of wing camo (109Es in the BoB type) but again not this type, Japos 109K markings and Camouflage has good refs to wing patterns used on all blocks of K-4s
