Fine looking collection. If that's the Tamiya Storch in 1/48, I really enjoyed building that one myself.

Nice work, particularly the Kettenrad.
BTW, the Panther is an Ausf A, not G.
Thank you, and once again, I've been misled by the model kit box. (CORRECTION: I checked my amazon orders. That kit DID describe the Panther as Ausf A. My mistake.) bdefen

The Kettenkrad is a 1/8 scale kit. Big pieces make for certain ease is some aspects, but that scale begs for lots of detailing. I learned a lot. With what I'd learned about Wehrmacht armor camouflage, field units pretty much had a blank slate. So that pattern on the Kettenkrad is "bdefen splinter".

It is the Tamiya kit, some sort of anniversary version with masking for the windows, and other nice parts. The kit wing assembly uses a metal spar. Really enjoyed the build, and my usual history reading on the airplane. Really quite an aircraft.

The kettenkrad and Storch are really well done.

The Panther does have model G exhaust / cooling pipe system so may be the early model G.

Thanks for the nice comment.

You know lots more about it than I do. The model box did read "Ausf D"

Here's the current Amazon listing of the kit I bought. Kit No. 35065. The price has gone up. When I bought it in May 2019, the price was $22 USD. Has COVID-related demand caused a spike in model prices?
