To explain, the Taoiseach is the Prime Minister (don't ask me how to pronounce it!), the Garda the police.

The first sounds like a spoilt rich bugger with far too much time on his hands, the other an 'interesting' idea, but I don't quite see the point (unless they're an artist pulling a press stunt to get recognized?)
