I was told a lobster, a shrimp and a crawfish have much of the same anatomical structure but to different scales. While I've never tried getting all the clawmeat in one piece, there have been cases with lobsters where I have managed to pull this off.

No sir. There is a sauce made of three separate ingredients that goes on the sauce. I did put the slaw on the chicken. It was pretty darn good! I love those guys!!

I am making a mix, crushed croutons, cilantro leaves, celery salt, corn starch, baking power, all purpose flour, Tajin, and secret flavor blend (Tex-Mex spices). Mix it and coat the tenderized chicken breast in it. The corn is going to be close to Mexican street corn, with Mexican cheese, mayo and Tajin. The Tajin has a unique taste. It's great on almost any fruit.
The slaw and potato salad will balance out the semi-spicy of the corn and chicken.
