This is a DR-Baureihe 93.0–4 or 93.8 serie ( Preuß T.14 ) steam locomotive of the Union-Gießerei, Lokomotivfabrik & Schiffswerft in Königsberg. The Reichsbahn (Betriebsnummer) number 93. 178. Here in Poland the BR 93s were marked as TKt1 and using until beginning of 70'. The last one TKt1-63 is exhibited by the Railway rolling stock open-air museum in Chabówka.

Wehrmacht Gebirgsjäger

Interesting ... Wehrmacht had to liberated" the locomotives in Russia or they got them when the Nazi Germany and the soviet Russia were friends. The foreground one is the soviet Kolomna Locomotive Works factory type 157 narrow gauge 0-8-0 (D-h2) steam locomotive designed in 1927. The type marking is K157. The type was produced by the Krasnoye Sormovo Factory No. 112. Looking at the pic I'm still having a doubt it could have someting in common with the Wehrmacht Gebirgsjäger. There coulld be a small sign seen above the loco number. I have used sepia effect to mark it in the enlarged pic. IMHO that's a part of the Russian emblem seen on other steam locomotives.

Interesting .. that's the Polish narrow gauge steam locomotive Wp29 type Wilno (Px29 after the WW2) designed in 1929. The train Wp29-905 was running by the PKP at the Toruń-Inowrocław-Konin-Włocławek area, West of the Vistula river. The pic was taken in Radziejów ( Rouzinjow). There are two locomotives preserved in Poland. One of them is still in driving condition running excursion trains on the Sochaczew Museum Railway.
