Amtrak is (was?) using a Swedish designed "motor", an electric engine, that they nicknamed Meatballs. I don't remember much more of them than that. It is (was?) very common on Amtrak customer revenue trains.

Aye, the Swedish RC4 if I remember correctly!

Mike, one of my best pals back in the auld country told me yesterday, that one of the US transit railroads was bringing their Swedish meatballs back, because their newer more modern locomotives wasn't up to snuff....

There's a reason....there's NO school like OLD school!

Now this is a proper train, travelled on this private railway in 2019.
It's owned by the Vale of Rheidol Railway based in Aberystwyth, Wales. A beautiful 24 mile 3 hour round trip through the Welsh countryside to a water fall called Devil's Bridge. A great way to spend an afternoon if you are ever in this part of the world.
As l crossed the tracks to get this picture 2 F-15E Eagles flew very low across the station, my wife nudged me and told I was the only one who looked up.
