That black hawk looks a bit underequipped for US Army one. Are those S-70I version just quickly converted to military use?
Under-equipped?
I crewed the Hawk in the US Army for 6 years. While you are correct that these are not US Army H60's, I don't see how they are under-equipped. They do not really look any different from a US Army one.
See the pictures below that I took in Iraq. These were my units Black Hawks, and they are your standard UH-60L. Not much different.
