Very nice Vic. I can just imagine roasting on that white sand with no chance for shade. Some people love that but not me!
Agreed Andy and .......................................It was a bit of a problem, but I managed even though I did look as though I'd been boiled.

Meanwhile some did ignore the rules and seek some form of shade.

While others just enjoyed the sand and crystal clear waters.

Meanwhile, back on our hotel beach all was quiet.

Off on a new adventure today, a little jaunt around some of Scotland in Sept 2016.

We started this one in Inverness and took a train ride to the Kyle of Lochalsh where we picked up a wee boat that would take us around some of the Scottish Islands.

I prefer collecting seashells, rather than taking sun bath, but yeah, I would die for beach / coast.
Not much in the way of seashells on our beaches, just miles and miles of golden sands that squeaks underfoot.

Today we start a little visit to Clan Donald Armadale Castle on the Isle of Skye.

Had to throw this one in I just could not resist.

Being an Aussie, could not get over how green the grass was.

This I believe is a Bearberry Cotoneaster.

Followed by the amazing flowers of a couple of Fascicularia that obviously thrived in this micro climate.
