over the hill and far away
Hi
Well I finally got hold of a Polistil whirlwind model kit,( well actually ended up with more than one )
So I thought I would take a comparism photo of the airfix, special hobby and polistil. ( sorry my pavla ones are in storage )
Actually the Polistil is, I think a nice kit, when the other ones arrives I will most probably build one to see how it goes together.
Cheers
Jerry

airfix light grey
special hobby darker grey
polistil green

sorry for poor quality photos, I had to use my Iphone ....

As memo serves the Airfix 1/72 scale model requires a lot of work if you want to have a good model.

Good stuff. I believe the Trumpeter 1/48th scale Whirlwind kit has now been released, within the last day or so.
