My skin is getting so thin. Knocked the back of my elbow, the amount of blood you'd think the White Raven was on target! You take care Bill..!
That's why I killed evry rose bush around here. Draw blood from me and die. Lemon tree is next.I get attacked by a couple of rose thorns in the garden and end up with an arm covered in skin bruises.
Sacrilege!!!! Love my roses and where would cooking be without a lemon or two. That's why I killed evry rose bush around here. Draw blood from me and die. Lemon tree is next.
Because if they (CA Tax Board) were not nitwits they would be working at other better jobs.State of California Tax Board is after me for paying my mortgage in 2020 but only making $4,100 that year.
I explained that I was laid off due to Covid aand paid my bills from my savings.
Simple enough, right?
No, they now wants copies of "wire transfers", "1099 receipts (independent contractor transactions)", and "other" source of income.
What part of "paid from my personal savings" do they not understand?
I have zero clues why these stupid dumbasses are hounding me over a non-issue, when they should be looking toward politicians, media persons and corporate movers and shakers who are actual tax-ducking douchebags.
I think I solved it. Got aggressive with the leveler to reduce the twist, then found out one of the belts on the conveyor had jumped its idler. This was causing the edge of the part to drop down and snag the frame. Then found some glue build-up on another roller that was obstructing smooth travel. Because I'm running the smallest size, using the lightest gauge metal, the parts want to "float".I'm battling a coil of craptastic metal at work today. The coil is out of round, so unbalanced, then it's got a wierd twist in it so it won't lay flat as it comes off the coil. I have to babysit every piece because it keeps getting hung up as it runs through the line.
They hate my military college inspection vision. Go get them. The saga continues. One of the owners came out today to "finalize" the work and have us accept the job as complete.
A brief tour around the house put an end to that talk. My sharp eyed wife pointed out all the spots they'd missed or damaged, the paint slopped all over the brand new roof, etc. It's awfully late on the year to respray, but they can at least clean up the paint slop, fix the trim in the cellar well, and replace the door they wrecked, not just patch it.
I'm told they fired our crew. OK. Now send in your A squad to fix this mess.
