Ouch.Getting a separation gentlemen.
Getting blamed for stuff that is completely out of my control.
I don't know why my wife lost connectivity to the printer when I came home. I offered to go out again. Got accused of abandoning her in an emergency.
1 AM EDT. Home!Bummer Rob
Oy. FWIW My ex-wife and I have never been closer. It helps that we're on opposite sides of the planet.Getting a separation gentlemen.
Booked first class tickets to avoid hassles. I arrived 6 hours early to the airport (checkout and car rental return). The weather had different ideas. Instead of arriving at JFK airport at about 2030 hours I'm landing at LaGuardia about 3 hours later. Which means I need a taxi. Or spend the night at the airport in Detroit.
If the plane was delayed due to mechanical issues, I would have been fine. The airline would have put me up on their dime. But no.
I hear you. Brought my truck to the dealer bright and early this past Tuesday for a coolant leak. Texts me a towards the middle of the day stating corporate needs my service records so they can verify and cover under their "Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty". Brought all that in yesterday morning, once again bright and early... Service guy last words "I'll get these faxed over and it usually doesn't take long once they get it. Texted him at noon yesterday and he said "have not hear anything yet, I'll get back to you as soon as I do. Limbo, haven't heard a thing since noon yesterday. My truck developing cooling issues. Whatever it is I'm sure I can fix it myself, but yeah, not welcome right now.
I'm sure they will blame it on short staffing or the massive computer glitch from a week or so ago. I'm giving them a couple more hours then texting again. Nothing like 21st century Customer Service.. They sure do nag and expect an immediate review after I get some service done though.Hoping you die before they have to cover it

I'm starting to thing "Lifetime Powertrain Warranty" means it take a lifetime for them to approve anything!!!!
True, but it would be far less stressful and my life expectancy would be a whole lot longer.Pa Thump was right. But life wouldn't be fun without either of them.
