Snowing here. Which is actually a good thing ... but there's not enough for decent cross-country skiing. Fingers crossed we'll get a serious dump of the white stuff
 
I've had my share of pollsters canvassing. The few I've actually talked to don't give a damn about my opinion.

I was headed to the shed and saw part of a 40mm diameter red belly black snake disappearing under a bench. That suggests it is about 2m long.

Put gum boots on and turned on the radio loud but will have to keep out of there for a couple of days now.
