My very first model kit when I was a wee lad. All the best on your build!!Today I got a new model kit in the mail. It is Hasegawa's 1/72 scale Kawanishi H8K2 "Emily".
I built this kit in the early 1970s when I was in the USAF stationed at Griffiss AFB, NY. When I was stationed in West Germany in the early 1980s, the kit was back home in Michigan on a shelf. Somehow it fell and was destroyed. So this is my 2nd try at this kit. I have better paints to do a better job...I HOPE!
