the Ju 87 D-3 and D-5 equipped the NSGr's not the NJG's with single and twin engine night fighters.
there were no D-7 or D-8 variants as described in many books; after the D-3 and D-5 there was posted a (N) meaning Nacht in official designations.
Fw 189 was used as a auxiliary night fighter on the Eastern front. It was equipped with radar and armed with an upward firing cannon (but strange enough without any forward firing armament). Not sure about the Stuka in Nachtjagdgruppen though.
Possibly the 87's were used as hacks. A pretty useless aircraft as a nightfighter...
And what yall thinked on He 111 in nachjagd gruppen? whad doing training (simulate enemy bombers)? other?
