James Bond - Live and let die. Only because of the New Orleans scenes, especially the airport scenes shot at the Lakefront Airport. A bit of trivia: the Cessna for the flight lesson was actually three Cessnas from the then recent Pennsylvania floods which were painted alike. According to the folks on site, special ferry permits allowed them to fly to N.O. for the movie. The early DC-3 was a long time ramp queen. Those of you with sharp eyes may notice in the hangar crash action the Tripacer has no engine but black painted corrugated cardboard to simulate cylinder fins. A secretary from our office, who was a pilot, hung out at the airport and told me that the stunt pilots never took an alcoholic drink with the production staff but the car stunt drivers were under the influence most of the day. In fact, the shot of the car on the DC-3 wing had to be done twice, as the first time it slid off the wing.

'Skeleton Crew' E.1+2. Disney's latest abuse of the Star Wars theme.
4 kids, a Jedi, and pirates. It's like 'The Goonies' in space...
I don't know if they're trying to kill it on purpose, but it's working. I wish someone who loves the original Star Wars films would buy the franchise and save it before it's too late.

It's dead Fred.

She's right too.
Agreed. It's an awesome movie and too bad that can't make them like that anymore. Japanese directors filming the Japanese portions and American directors the English portions, which gave it a very unique prospective. Modifying planes to make them as accurate as possible is pretty cool. The colors were accurate on the aircraft. The only thing lacking on the Japanese aircraft were the tail codes. I watch it quite often and never get tired of it.
