No. Plenty of water around here. We have quite a few who live on our property all the time. This morning the mother was putting 'junior' out to use his legs. Was quite funny watching him/her bounce around learning to use them/.

He had both Spikes a week or so ago.

Up here we don't see the first bit of a spike until April

I think he just dropped last years Spike, the other young buck that frequents my wife's feeder has lost both of his in the last week or so. I just have never seen a buck that has dropped just one of his antlers before, I an sure it happens every year though.

We see lopsided bucks down here sometimes, rutting can do that.
