not sure if i am going to get any of my builds finished this time, work is kicking my arse at the minute, was supposed to have had last week off but had to cancel it as i have staff on the sick and am chef down as well, wouldn't pay overtime for other guys to cover the shortages even though it was still less in wage costs than the missing chef's would have been paid if they were at work, makes no sense to me ?
