I ordered in some new early war German crosses decals and with Andy to the rescue on the HakenKreuzes I was able to complete the decals for Minke Pinke today. I laid down a gloss coat of of Gunze clear gloss first then placed the decals. I like the Gunze gloss as it drys quickly and doesn't have a tacky feel to it. I tend to use a fair amount of water and decal softener and I have found that both eat through future when I used that as a gloss coat. Not so with Gunze.
More updates today. The wife and I stayed home for New Year's while my daughter had a bunch of her friends over. As such I got some more work done on 190.
I gave the 190 a wash to accent the panel lines then gave it a flat coat to seal everything in.
