Thanks Andy, that BK 7.5 sold me but with only 25 B-3s they made little difference

Nice choice Mr. Wint. Did this years ago and I'm thinking it was a nice kit. Do you have markings in mind. I have a few books if you need any shots.

When it comes to cannons.....size matters. A very cool aircraft for sure.

    Cheers,

Geo, not sure at this point. The black chevron cover model or the white chevron...then I really like that winter cammo scheme

Mike, I'm curious. Is the rear of the cannon gondola open?

    Mike.

i am off work tomorrow so will look throught my spares box as i might have kept the Cannon from my kit, though you would have to scratch build the gondola as i used it with the 75mm from Terry's Dragon Ju88 kit.

if not i am sure i have the 30 mm cannon and gondola if you want to change subject !

will be back tomorrow with what i find !

Jim, Karl is of course correct, the gun pod was indeed open and the used shell casings were immediately ejected after firing. This is a BIG shell equivalent to a 3in cannon round. The cannon was fed by a circular drum magazine containing 12 rounds. Magazines were behind the pilot. Even the IS-2 Stalins were meat for this gun
