were almost too short for this one, camera on the nose and arm
stretched as far as I could! :lol:

How the.....jumping Hippocroccofrogs, do you paint this 'thing', wing on or off??
 
I say old chap, some rapid progress there, what!
Personally, I would try to paint with the wing in place - always prefer to have all major joints taken care of first. But, no doubt Vic can advise on the most convenient method, after his experience with his monster.

Found it too big to paint in one go Jan, did the wing separate otherwise the beasty would not fit in the spray booth. It's no problem to do separate as the wing fix is relatively simple and it also makes it a little easier to move around.

Got your wire ready, just need to find an envelope, a rare thing these days even in shops.
 
Jan, This airplane had thought too but I do seaplane GB in modifying the blackcat in academy to 1/72

Good lucky.
