Got today an e-mail from Silver Wings with the list of their planned 2014 releases:

1/32 Fokker D.XXI

1/32 Curtiss P6E Hawk

Of course I'm very interested in the Falco

The other nice thing is that once they have released the Re 2000 it should be easy to issue also the one with the DB 601 engine: Re 2001

or one of those "cottage industries", could make a conversion kit including the new nose.

Good news for Corsair fans (maybe) - Hobby Boss have announced no less than 10 kits of the bent-wing bird, in 1/48th scale. They also have listed a 1/48th scale Hawker Typhoon, plus some other interesting stuff. And, from Academy, a 1/48th scale P-51B/C Mustang 'D-Day' kit.
There are quite a few other interesting aircraft kits in the offing, in the three most popular scale of 1/72nd, 1/48th and 1/32nd, from various manufacturers, and also military vehicles, including a 'U.S. 2.5 ton airfield truck', in 1/48th scale, from Tamiya.
I'll try to list some of these in more details when i have a bit more free time.

Ah, so it sounds like just a variation of their existing kit then? Thought it might have been a fuel truck or something else.

10? I had heard that they were doing an AU-1, and just a few days ago noticed a -7, but that must mean they're doing the whole line. I know that their kits have pre-clipped wings, so I can see an FAA version being in the cards.

Here's the list. They certainly went all out... Odd that they'd do a Mk III (Brewster build -1A) and not a IV (FG-1D). It'll be interesting to see if they're any good. Their -4s seem to be ok. The AU-1 is welcome since the Hasegawa ones are a pain in the rear to find.
