Yeah I need to add to it. I litterally have thousands of pics that I could post. Over time I have kind of forgotten about though.

Yeah....! Especially more of the Huey! I have a soft spot for the rotary too, LOVE the Huey!

Nope the Marines use the AH-1W. I took those pics in Kuwait, right before we flew into Iraq.

Somewhere I have a pic of the last AH-1 Cobra used by the US Army. It did a fly over at Ft. Eustis and then was turned into a monument on a stand after it landed for the last time at Ft. Eustis.

The Blackhawk because I crewed for 1500 flight hours and she always got me safely back home.

I do have a real soft spot for the Huey though.

Great shots Adler! Thank you for sharing. I have grown to love helicopters ever since I saw a Super Stallion at the airshow at Norfolk Naval Air Station. It came in at 180 knots about 60 feet off the runway, reached center stage, flared and landed in less than 200 feet. I was in shock. My first thought was of spinal compression.

Great shots.

I didn't know the Swiss put anything into KFOR. Thought it was all EU countries. Was that helicopter the extent of it or was there more from them?

The Swiss and the Austrians were actually assigned to the German headquarters. They basically had detachments at the German bases. The Swiss only had 2 Super Pumas assigned to the German Helo Squadrons.
