    and it may still be leaking radioactivty. but dont worry it is immedately diluited by the salt water....lol. there is probably a 35 foot, glowing, 3 headed eel living inside too...

    Is only 70 years long enough to call it "discovery", not "reunion"?
    Even a son of the war generation like me still feels it reunion as it could have been abandoned based on a schedule and left accurate records about the sunken location unlike the Musashi which was "discovered" by Paul Allen last month.

    Interesting difference of feelings.
    This is discovery for me :)

    Looking at the photos of when the ship was operational, I would have hated take offs and landings on that tiny a$$ deck.
