Cool Wayne.I'm going to make the similar diorame but with Fokker D.21 with Finnish markings and in a smaller scale of course.

and continuing on the Dora theme, my favorite aircraft!!

It has recently been reported that this aircraft's 'Werk Nummer' (serial No.) is 213007 rather than 213097.

Eagerly awaiting the imminent release of Eagle Editions Vol. 1 and Japo's Vol.2 on the Dora-9....

Wayne,the stuff is really cool. I've found in the AJ-Press pub. "Modelmania" no.7 a colour profile of "white 11".It is described as the 13./JG51's D-9 used in May 1945 at Flensburg airfield.The serial is the same like on the model but the rear part of its fuselage is painted with RLM 75.
 
Missed a couple of days....but back with a couple more of White 11...especially for you Catch22, did you go ahead with these markings?

I ended up painting the aircraft like that, however they seem to have deviated from the colours in the guide from EE on the bottom. I was unable to put the white 11 numbers on however, as there were these black smudges on them. So I ended up using the Blue 12 numbers, and painted the spinner a drak blue with a white spiral. Theirs looks better than mine because of my lack of airbrush. I'll have to post pictures of it this weekend.
 
Looking forward to those pictures Catch22... it's official now Eagle Editions Dora Vol. 1 is set for release on October 1.... I'm counting the days now...it will still be about a month after that before I get my hands on a copy though. Still working on getting it as an early christmas present from my wife.

It seems that in Australia everybody wants to have a Fw-190 fighter and all build the most beautiful replics.
