Thanks Guys, don't mind the vacforms, not the easiest of kits to build, have done afew myself.

Ok the scale gets MUCH smaller down to 1/144 some of these are quite well done considering the size.

I am truly amazed at the amount of "detail" that the modellers can bring out
of a model that comes in a box. Unfortunately, the same does not happen
with balsa and paper models..... All those models look great...

I have worked close to every one of those planes in life size (lucky me) and I have nothing but praise for the way they are modeled.
 
and here is the final two for this scale, the Kawanishi Shiden was the winner of this class, second the F-14 Tomcat and third the F-18 with folded wings.
