If you need engines, and two aren't enough...

A very interesting picture. The pulleys under the control wheels expect the co-pilot to be less strong than the pilot. The seepage lines at the top of the board below the instruments may be oil from the center engine. And, the finger grooves on the control wheels indicate a lot of muscle power required.
