I guess a wet runway wouldn't be harder on the brakes, since the antiskid would probably have the brakes cycling on and off.

But it would use more runway, and it would be harder on the sphincter muscle in a real incident, instead of a test.
 
Nice, always liked the 747, glad it continues to fly on.....
