Ok, it's been awhile since I posted some shots of what we've been working on at the shop so here goes. The 69' Super Bee is all but done and will be fired for the first time tomorrow. The 55' Chevy has it's last coat of primer and will sit for a couple of weeks to cure out and then comes the paint.
Thank you Shinpachi.
Thank you George, the 55 will be a 1968 Corvette color, dark green, can't remember the name of it right off.
Thank you Hugh.
Thank you Merv,I don't remember what the Packard tail lights look like.
Nice Super Bee Aaron One of the guys I use to work with has been doing work out of his house and had a 69/70 RoadRunner come through about a month ago or two ago Nice Rod ! It was purple, red orange interior,383 air induction?,four speed with all the RoadRunner stickers(it took two cars to make). But I got a kick when you honk the horn "Beep,Beep" We had over 7,000 cars registered for the Cruise In this year it just passed last week and that's registerd!!!!!!!
Not this year Aaron worked everyday and the one day off had to many personal things to take of.The only Cruisers I got to see were the ones that came by the store when they needed something. If I would of thought about it I could of taken my camera to work on the Friday that was the Crusie in for D'Iberville and took pictures as they completed the the 1mile circle lasted about 4-6 hours.I would hamper to guess that maybe 2-3k showed up for that event The bulk of the rods like Hyw90 seeing the GOM is just 300' S and it does make much better pics.
