I don't know to be quite honest that car interested me some what as to how much it had been personalized and I would not doubt if that was done by the owner?The painting and all does not say one word about who made it like a Holley,Weind or Edelbrock would.When look at it looks like a ram air off of something back in the 60's.Kevin

That's the air filter housing for a 1950's era Cadillac....

Looks like Speedway Motors carries them (keep forgetting Google and I are beer-drinkin' buddies ).
I didn't know Olds used that one too. Cool!
