Cheers everyone. Below pics show the 75 splinter and mottles applied. Thanks to Wayne for his clarification on the WNF splinter scheme. Paint is Modelmaster RLM 75 enamel cut with some white to lighten.
So here's a question. I did a quick reference to Ullmann's "Luftwaffe Colours" and, according to him, based on factory drawings dated August 1941, the colour scheme was 74/75/76 (splinter scheme same as shown in Wayne's earlier top view) but with "70 and 02 blotches". I'm thinking that this may have applied to early F models but that the mottling reverted to 74/75 once the 70 batches ran out and ,as you can see, I've gone ahead based on that assumption. Would anyone have an educated opinion on the most likely mottle colours on this F-4 which was likely built in early 42? I'll gladly redo it on 70/02 if this was the most likley scheme.
