Test fitting the innards to the fuselage prior to glue. I thought the I.P. might be a problem as it was slightly wider than the bulk head...

...but thankfully this isn't the case as the front closed up tight. Note: the area behind the seat bulkhead isn't white, its the 34414 shade in Wojteks Post #49. The fuselage area around this part wouldn't close all the way so after a lot of pondering and fiddling, it turned out to be the area shown

One side done and the fit is almost perfect but I'll remove the other side as well, it isn't really needed anyway

The battle of the seat harnesses is over; all five attached and drying. Managed to knock of the seat adjustment lever in the process and will reattach before gluing to the innards. Gluing the wing sections together, a very good fit. The clamps are only there to ensure it remains a very good fit

I'll repaint the top of the wing that will show into the cockpit a buff color close to the colour shown in Wojteks photo above

Seat and I.P. attached, some minor touch-ups needed before attached to the fuselage half.

Bondage Pt.2. Again not necessary but just to make sure. Added a coat of Tamiya Deck Tan. Not too worried about this area as you'll probably only see about one square centimeter once everything is closed up

Thanks guys. Test fit of the fuselage to the wings. The dark line behind the cockpit is just paint. Topside is seamless...

The bottom fit is bad news/good news. A gap at the usual location on most kits...

...the good news is there is no panel line here so I'll add some strip and tidy it up. A look into the cockpit to show the "Chamois" colored hole below.

Thanks gents. Won't be finished in a week Bill, back to camp tomorrow. Thinking about doing the little car as well. I need some 1:48 vehicles to show scale

Thanks all. Last update before I leave. The last of the fuselage seams are glued and resting: as flawless as I can get. I'm going to build the car as well, just to add size comparison. As near as I can find out, this is a 1939 Citroen 11BL "Traction Avant"(year and model just a guess). Traction Avant means front-wheel drive. Tamiya gives the colors as XF-55 Deck Tan for the innards and XF-58 Olive Green for the outards. Pics I've seen so far are Black, Dark Green and Lightish Grey for the exterior though these are modern photos. I'll do some investigating while I'm in camp. Have a good week gentlemen
