Correct thread? Check!! Started gluing the fuselage together, darn near seamless so far.

:hello2: As can be seen in the photo above, a panel needs to be placed in front of the cockpit. Not a big fan of these as quite often there are fit issues. I placed the panel in position, gave it a gentle push and it popped into place, about as perfect a fit as I could have hoped for. Tail feathers are also in place.

Thanks all. Roads were brutal, lots of frost still coming out and turning to mud for 5 days and then day 6....bang, we had the water truck out trying to control dust. My back has been killing me for 3 weeks, very hard to get up in the mornings. Anyhoo..... I flat coated my George and while I was at it I sprayed that odd color some fighters have on the flaps, ailerons and rudders. I used Tamiya XF-14: J.A. Grey for this, hard to see but the color is almost bang on as far as I can tell.

I'll let this dry overnight and then hit it with the new Vallejo Metallics.
