this hunt of the hundred series is on my list of future acquisitions, to do it from those destined in da nang, phlip a friend of mine Vietnamese modeler wants to take it too.
It is seen that you have a great pace of assembly and with those additions that you have put the plane wins many integers
 
I'm in a funk about the seat belts. I'm on hold while I work that out. I think I'll cut tape to work it out. I have some Testors tape that should work if I can find it. I't tack is so low it not good for much else.
 
Don, the thin tissue used to protect kit decals is ideal for harness belts. Tack in place with a small spot of tube cement or CA, ad then paint, before folding as required and tacking the 'buckle' ends.
Thin lead foil, found on some wine bottles, also works exceptionally well, and can be realistically draped.
 
And I assume the more wine you drink the easier it gets?
 
The aluminum of the Cava or champange also goes very well, I have also made some with aluminum tape which is used to seal air ducts or smoke extractors
 
Well I tried but I could not get drunk enough. I have this Testers tape which has near no tack at all, 2mm split in half (give or take and used that) couldn't get drunk enough to deal with the tiny tiny little *&^%*(*^% buckles. so oh freaking well. I have some touch up to the seat paint but it'll be OK.

 
Thanks for checking on me guys. The nose section to the kit involves the upper forward fuselage (cockpit section) which you install the cockpit/nose gear well) and two lower sections that cover from the upper to the gear doors left and right and then the nose.

The fit of the cockpit is off by about a mile and a half as the rear bulkhead is too far aft and it has been noted all along as the seat sets too far forward of the aft bulkhead. If the aft were aligned then the IP would not fit into the floor mounting section. The lower sections to the gear doors also do not fit correctly and it took some doing to get them installed with glueing the sections to the back fuselage and letting it dry, leaving a gap between the upper and lower fuselage sections. I then had to clamp this down with rubber bands while gel super glue was used to hold it together and left to dry for three days. I then used gel super glue to glue on the nose section and left to dry in an upward angle. After a couple of hours I came back and used Pro Weld (substitute "Same Stuff" from Micro Center), and .030 rod to fill the gaps left on the bottom. I still have quite a bit of filling and filing and sanding to get it all correct but it's looking like an RF-101C.
